Ingredients


  1. 1 15g mixed sprouts, boiled
  2. 2 15g corn, boiled
  3. 3 1 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 4 1 onion, finely chopped
  5. 5 1 Tbsp coriander chutney
  6. 6 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 7 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or paprika
  8. 8 Salt to taste
  9. 9 A handful pomegranate seeds, to garnish
  10. 10 A handful freshly chopped coriander leaves, to garnish

Methods


  1. Soak the sprouts overnight and next morning pressure cook it for around 10-15 minutes. Strain well.
  2. Now in as bowl, combine all the ingredients together and serve. Simple to prepare, easy to consume.
